BEAUTY POST| GLOWY, SPRING MAKEUP FEATURING LOREAL
My fellow Canadian sisters, the weather is finally warming up! I mean not by much, but even just a glimpse of sun and a soft breeze against the skin is enough to summon the happiness from the depths of my soul. Whoa, I just felt so profound typing that out just now. LOL Okay let's get serious, it's time to let the skin breathe and go light on the foundation.
It's still pretty rigid outside but I have been working on my simple glowy makeup routine early. My thick creams have been getting a lot more use this year so I figured it was definitely time to start adding that glow back into my routine. L'Oreal has a pretty vast array of products and their Lumi line has been such a hit lately. If you follow me on Instagram, then you know I have been spoken about my love for the Lumi Glow Tint. It's a tinted luminizer that leaves the skin looking healthy and youthful. The perfect mesh of a tinted moisturizer, liquid highlighter and foundation. I apply just a half a pump and blend it I to my skin. As an oily/combination girl, I was definitely worried it would look too shiny on me. I was pleasantly surprised that it looked so good on me and it didn't feel uncomfortable on my skin.
I have been obsessed with this mascara since last yea! I am usually wearing individual lashes, so I rarely get to use it but the past couple of weeks I decided to pull our my mascaras and I am so glad I am giving my lashes a break. It gives me great volume and makes my little lashes look full and beautiful. As for the lip oils, they have me in a chokehold. The are soft and hydrated, which I love! They also have great pigmentation which is perfect for no makeup looks. So happy I got to try so many shades, I think every girl should have these in there collection. L'Oreal is a pretty big household name and they have such an amazing and wide variety collection and I'm sure you will find something that you love!
