FASHION POST| CUTE AND AFFORDABLE SUMMER SHOES FROM WALMART UNDER $30
Calling all mommy shoppers that love to be cute on a budget! If you're like me, then you love to refresh your wardrobe every year or every season, but that can be very costly. In today's economy, just the thought of doing a closet reset or buying all the colorful purse you come across can be extremely draining and for some, depressing. Let's be real, Canada's economy has been doing us DIRTY lately. Even the sales don't hit like that anymore. But one thing is for certain, being able to keep some sort of normalcy even in tough times can be very rewarding for many of us.
I'm sure you have seen some of the viral Walmart hauls and try on videos on from the States. I mean, they really know how to do baddie or hot mama on a budget! They are barely spending coins over there and still look fly as ever! Now, our prices may not be just as low and amazing, but at least we can count on decent quality items when it comes to Walmart. I am finally starting to see some of the cute, sexy and trendy styles our sisters in the States are bragging about. For today, lets focus on some pairs of shoes that I have been loving, and I think you will too!
The first pair I pictured are the Time and Tru T-Strap Sandals. Hubby bought these for me as a Mother's Day gift and they are so cute! He originally got me a size too small so we returned them and got a size 8. As cute as these are, I will say for me they were uncomfortable to wear. The reason is however my own fault, your girl gained a likkle weight. My feet have swelled up due to a likkle too much sugar and sweets so once I get back in that gym, these sandals should be a dream come true. I will be wearing them here and there to try and stretch them out as much as possible. The price for these sandals was $29
Shop here!Next up, is a a style of shoe I have been on the hunt for that has good quality but doesn't hurt my pockets. This is the Time and Tru Strappy Sandals. They are flat, so barely a raised heel and they are so comfortable to wear. This is the type of shoe you need in multiple colors to go with every single outfit this summer. I got mine in the cream shade since I wanted a color that matched a lot of outfits but I will definitely be going back to pick these up in the bright orange shade. Think Hermes packaging inspired! These sandals were priced at $19.
Shop here!Last but not least, was the first pair that I picked up actually, these Jelly Ballet Flats from the brand No Boundaries. As a true 90's girl and millennial, jelly shoes will always have a place in my fashion styling heart. I know they can get a lot of hate and seen as childish, but they are playful and perfect for wearing to pool or beach. I opted to get the clear pair for the main reason, I can wear them with anything. I will say, since they are clear and jelly you got to make sure your feet are done sis. Even a little bogy oil on the back of your heels and a cute quick nail polish color or press ons if you missed your nail appointment LOL. These flats were priced at $15.
There are plenty more styles on Walmart.ca but I wanted to show you all the ones I have personally bought and tried. Time and Tru has really been giving us affordable, stylish fashion and they definitely deserve their flowers.
I am thinking to do a part 2 because I saw many more styles from other brands as well I would like to add to my collection, what do you gal thinks?
